Job Description:

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) proudly provides the highest quality integrated care for over 800,000 members in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. We invite applications for a Nocturnist to support Virginia Hospital Center.


In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care. MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.



What You Can Expect:

• Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off
• Triage, Admissions and Cross Coverage
• Average admission volume is 8 and cross coverage volume is around 40 patients

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

The starting annual salary for this position is $280,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
