Job Description:

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Program Manager.

Position type: Contract
Duration: 4 months potential contract to hire
Location: Atlanta, GA or Pleasanton, CA (hybrid)


As a(n) Program Manager you will:

In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global, large-scale real estate programs, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of real estate programs, including site acquisitions, development projects, portfolio management, and facility optimization.
• Align program goals with organizational objectives, ensuring projects deliver maximum value.
• Provide strategic guidance on long-term real estate planning, market analysis, and investment strategies.
• Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to resolve challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, operations) and external partners (e.g., contractors, architects, brokers) to ensure successful program execution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate programs, including acquisitions, development, and portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, financial modeling, and property management.
• Proven expertise in program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Pluses:
• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCIM, or LEED AP.
• Experience with global real estate portfolios and navigating international markets.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and analytics tools

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $100/hr w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
