Position Overview:



Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is pivotal in providing a welcoming environment and efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy office setting. Temp-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the front desk administrative assistant, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers.

  • Manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and organized reception area.

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

  • Support with high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and organize data effectively.

  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, offering valuable insights into the field.


Requirements:



  • Available to work Monday through Friday during first shift hours.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and data entry.


Benefits:



Competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
