Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist/Office Assistant to support a leading financial services company in Downtown West Palm Beach. This is a vital role that ensures the office runs smoothly and provides exceptional support to both staff and executives. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them appropriately.
Coordinate and place weekly lunch orders for the entire staff and daily lunch orders for select executives.
Order and maintain office supplies to ensure all departments are well-equipped.
Communicate with and manage office vendors to support operations.
Provide additional administrative support to C-Suite executives as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a receptionist or office assistant role is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
