Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage accounts receivable processes and assist in various accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AR.
Coordinate with clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
Reconcile and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with a concentration in cash accounts, fixed assets, inventory, and some balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare month-end summary of inventory and COGS activity.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, inventory management, and general accounting.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Additional Details:
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
