Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Dublin, California. This role is a 100% onsite, temp-to-hire position with the potential for long-term growth within a well-established company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in payroll processing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Process payroll for over 100 employees using ADP/WFN systems.
Utilize intermediate Excel skills to organize and analyze payroll data.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with all regulations and policies.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with ADP/WFN payroll processing.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform intermediate-level functions.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
