Position Overview



Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Dublin, California. This role is a 100% onsite, temp-to-hire position with the potential for long-term growth within a well-established company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in payroll processing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for over 100 employees using ADP/WFN systems.


• Utilize intermediate Excel skills to organize and analyze payroll data.


• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with all regulations and policies.


• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth payroll operations.


• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ADP/WFN payroll processing.


• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform intermediate-level functions.


• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
