Facility: Wellstar MCG Health




Position Summary: The MRI Technologist performs a wide variety Magnetic Resonance Imaging exams on patients of all ages to provide physicians with data for diagnostic purposes. The MRI Technlogist works under the direction of a Radiologist or Manager.



Position Requirements:Vocational or technical training or degree: Accredited Radiography Program and 2 years or more of experience in Diagnostic Radiography/X-Ray. Ability to operate Radiographic equipment. Ability to communicate verbally and written. Possess excellent patient/customer service skills. Certification(s): ARRT(R), or ARMRIT and Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).



Preferred Requirements:1 years or more of experience in MRI. Ability to operate MRI Scanner. ARRT (R)(MR).



Scheduling Requirements:



Friday 11:00am-7:30pm


Saturday 7:00am - 7:30pm


Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm
