Facility Analyst at BGIS in Rosemount, Minnesota

Job Description:

BGIS is currently seeking a Facility Analyst to join the team in, Rosemount, MN.

The Facility Analyst position collects, formats, and analyzes data from onsite client locations. Responsibilities include internal and client data validation and analysis using various software, as well as preparing for, attending and reporting out at meetings. The Facility Analyst demonstrates BGIS values in communications with clients and other team members.


RESPONSIBILITIES



Data Collection

• Collection of equipment data plate information, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls
• Collection of equipment attribute information
• Picture documentation
• Software tracking
• QA/QC of data plate information
• Reports
• Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized with the proven ability to work on various tasks simultaneously
• Ability to learn software systems - training provided

Customer Service

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and maintain positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients
• Strong communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

• Recommended one (1) year of experience with building / facility equipment or training equivalent
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required
• Proficient in English
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Suite, strong Excel abilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, documents and blueprints helpful.
• BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar experience helpful
