Essential Duties:

Collaboration with K-12 Partners:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with K-12 partners to promote dual enrollment opportunities and ensure smooth program delivery.

Program Management:

  • Complete all parameters to set up a course that includes academic and administrative considerations (create course registration numbers, add instructor's name, etc.).

  • Maintain accurate student records, ensuring that all necessary documentation (e.g., consent forms, transcripts, and forms for course registration) is completed on time.

  • Monitor and track student progress through the program, ensuring that students are meeting program requirements.

  • Support team efforts to streamline dual enrollment administration and management.

Student Support & Advising:

  • Guide students and K-12 partners through the dual enrollment process, helping them understand eligibility requirements, course selection, registration procedures, and college policies. Provide academic advising and support throughout their enrollment.

  • Provide ongoing support to help students manage the balance between their high school and college course load, ensuring they have the necessary tools for academic success.

  • Provide exceptional service to students, families, K-12 partners, and college stakeholders (such as Faculty, Finance, and Enrollment Management), addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to the dual enrollment program in a timely and professional manner.

Program Outreach & Recruitment:

  • Assist in recruiting students for the dual enrollment program through outreach activities such as presentations, information sessions, and marketing materials. Work with K-12 partners and college personnel to raise awareness and encourage participation in the program.

  • Collaborate with the Office of Advising and Transfer Services to raise awareness about opportunities to take courses on campus (face-to-face or online).

  • Organize and conduct informational sessions for students, families, and K-12 partners to explain the benefits and logistics of the dual enrollment program.

  • Serve as the liaison between the college and K-12 partners, ensuring effective communication regarding course offerings, program updates, and deadlines.
