Job Description:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing material to supply machines with material and tooling.
• Perform operations following processes defined by machine procedural manual.
• Operate production machines & equipment at or above minimum standards.
• Assure correctness of raw materials and inspection of parts.
• All other duties as assigned

• Packing
  • Operator must be able to stand, bend, flex and lift
  • Operator must be familiar with computers and the use of a hand scanner
  • Attention to detail and good eye/hand coordination is required
  • Ability to self-direct with good time management
  • Complete required documentation as directed
  • Effectively communicate issues to their Team Lead
  • Adheres to Safety and Quality Standards
• Saw
  • Operate pre-programmed Saw in an efficient manner
  • Ensure Saw is producing correct parts
  • Complete required documentation as directed
  • Effectively communicate issues to their Team Lead
  • Adheres to Safety and Quality Standards
• Satec
  • Operates Satec Unit in efficient manner
  • The Satec Operator is responsible for quality of all parts, as such, they must ensure issues are communicated effectively and efficiently
  • Complete required documentation as directed
  • Effectively communicate issues to their Team Lead
  • Adheres to Safety and Quality Standards
• Sand
  • Sands flashing from Springs as they are removed from the table
  • Must be able to keep up with fast paced manufacturing environment while maintaining adherence to quality and safety
  • Complete required documentation as directed
  • Effectively communicate issues to their Team Lead
  • Adheres to Safety and Quality Standards
• Huck and Pack
  • Assemble Springs with specialized hardware as directed
  • Operator must be able to bend and lift while carrying parts
  • Complete required documentation as directed
  • Effectively communicate issues to their Team Lead
  • Adheres to Safety and Quality Standards

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong Attendance history
• Ability to read and write legibly required
• Ability to lift up to 40lb required
• Meet production-servicing standards required
