CAAS Associate or Analyst at Zurich in Anoka, Minnesota

Job Description:

Zurich North America is hiring a CAAS Associate or Analyst to join our Crop team! We are open to hiring talent that will work a hybrid schedule from the Anoka, MN office.

As a member of Zurich's Crop team, you will enjoy the opportunity to fully apply and hone your licensing and appointment administration skills. Specifically, you will have experience working in a highly regulated office environment or understanding of insurance licensing processes and procedures. Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and respond to and resolve customer inquiries.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  Assisting to resolve issues, judge when to pass complex queries onto or involve others, and to provide effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers

  
  


• 
  

  Follow established procedures to ensure adequate resources are available to meet work requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Develop a practical understanding of how processes and systems in own area of work relate to the management of risk and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Responsible for following up with department of insurance until copies of renewal licenses and appointments are received

  
  

The role will be filled at the CAAS Associate or CAAS Analyst level. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based upon the selected applicant's experience and skill set relative to the qualifications listed for this position.

CAAS Associate

Basic Qualifications:

• 
  

  High School Diploma or Equivalent and no prior years of experience in the Regulatory Services area
  
  AND

  
  


• 
  

  Microsoft Office experience

  
  


• 
  

  Leadership experience

  
  

OR

CAAS Analyst

Basic Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelors Degree 2 or more years of experience in insurance, state filing regulatory operations, underwriting services or customer service area
  
  OR

  
  


• 
  

  High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in insurance, state filing regulatory operations, underwriting services or customer service area
  
  OR

  
  


• 
  

  Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice and 2 or more years of experience in insurance, state filing regulatory operations, underwriting services or customer service area
  
  AND

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of commercial insurance products

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of state filing laws and regulations applicable to insurance products

  
  


• 
  

  Strong prioritization and organization skills; including multi-tasking workflows

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  

  Crop and/or agricultural knowledge

  Knowledge of insurance operations

  Customer service experience

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The combined salary range for this position is $23.13 - $34.95. The proposed Hourly rate for CAAS Associate is $23.13 - $31.78, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%. For the CAAS Analyst salary range is $52,900.00 - $72,700.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
