Job Description:

Are you ready to step into a position that combines your communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and unrelenting drive to help others? As a Customer Service Representative with the Accredo Specialty Pharmacy Nursing team you'll be part of a dedicated team which ensures that our customers are cared for. This is a telephonic call center position.

How you'll make a difference:


  • Delivers straightforward basic business services in Customer Service

  • Receives inbound telephone calls to our nursing line and triage to the appropriate department.

  • Utilizes resources to assist the caller with accurate information

  • Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpretaccount information

  • Issues tend to be routine in nature

  • Use of listening skills and empathy in dealing with difficult callers

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service and business/operating processes and procedures

  • Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision

  • Performs other duties as needed

What You Should Have:


  • High School Diploma / GED required

  • 1 year of relevant call center experience is strongly preferred

  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
