The Opportunity
Join our team as a Environmental Services Representative, where you'll work closely with Operations and Sales to ensure precise sales order creation and smooth, efficient billing processes. This position is located in our Griffith, IN office. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment!
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure EHS compliance by following all regulations, standards, and company policies to promote a safe, environmentally responsible workplace.
Handle a variety of tasks, including creating and processing service and sales orders, transportation documents, and prelims in SAP.
Ensure accurate billing of on-contract and off-contract items, understanding pricing nuances and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Lead month-end billing activities, ensuring pricing aligns with pro-forms and all charges are correctly entered into SAP.
Work closely with Billing and Customer Service to investigate and validate credit requests.
Collaborate across multiple offices, providing support to fellow Technical Services Representatives to ensure smooth operations.
Occasionally travel overnight for training, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field preferred.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Outlook, and Word required.
Minimum 2 years of SAP experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Must be able to work the assigned schedule and on-site as required.
Occasional travel by car or plane as needed.
