Description: Our client is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a 12 month + contract.

Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Ownership for Salty Business Unit • Support Supply chain execution for new product development (Pretzels and Chips) and support base business operations. • Support ~30 projects contributing $50-$90MM in net sales as part of the innovation strategy, with an additional $100MM pipeline across other categories. Project Management and Commercialization (60%) • Coordinate activities for new product innovations, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Engineering, and plants to execute timelines and actions. • Manage risks to meet project success metrics and proactively resolve challenges. • Ensure the end-to-end supply chain setup for new launches (capacity vetting, capabilities validation, item setup, and Day 1 readiness). • Drive process adherence and act as an owner and advisor in Tech Ops, Commercialization, and Gating meetings. Cross-functional Support and Governance (35%) • 20%: Provide supply chain expertise during weekly commercialization meetings for various brands/categories. • 10%: Own and govern monthly manufacturing team meetings and new item setup trackers. • 5%: Standardize commercialization processes and ensure proactive communication within the supply chain. Special Projects and Company Initiatives (5%) • Participate in and occasionally lead cross-network programs such as New Line Qualification and Supply Chain Charters.
Job Requirements • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. • Experience: 3+ years in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, preferably within supply chain, process management, or project management roles. • Skills: o Strong understanding of food manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain operations. o Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering successful business results. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). o Strong business acumen, financial understanding, and multitasking abilities. o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).

Oversee workstreams across product launches, capital projects, and process improvements. Champion best practices and support skill development in the team.
