Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Support and execute end-to-end production workflows to ensure successful productions and high-quality guest experiences.
Assist internal production leads with event logistics and coordination.
Manage and engage with online guests, responding to messages promptly and authentically.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize guest communications, including drafting and maintaining FAQs, informing best practices, and sharing learnings with key stakeholders.
Adopt, develop, and master internal tools, trainings, and processes to drive daily production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Advocate for guests and support initiatives that enhance the overall experience for internal teams and external guests.
Skills:
4+ years of experience in event production, hospitality, or social media community management.
4+ years of management experience.
4+ years in a client-facing or guest-facing role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Knowledge of creative and production workflows.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce and Asana.
