RTO Systems, Inc. dba Elite Corporate Wellness is the Management Services Organization (MSO) for Elite Corporate Medical Services, Inc. Elite isa healthcare company whosecore focusis tochange and save lives with innovative healthcare solutions.Were looking for aDirector of Marketing and Salesto lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives while supporting business development and sales efforts in collaboration with the CEO.This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

What Youll Own & Lead

Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and executeinternal and external marketingstrategies that align with Elites growth objectives.Strengthen and maintain Elitesimage and branding, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.Oversee marketing initiatives that enhance engagement, awareness, and positioning in the industry.

Sales Process & Business Development Support
Own and refine the sales process, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational efficiency.Act as astrategic partnerto the CEO in sales efforts, providing marketing-driven support.Driveutilization strategiesto maximize client engagement and service adoption.Assist inbusiness development initiatives, leveraging market insights and analytics.

Proposal & Sales Enablement
Serve as theproposal writer/coordinator, managing RFP responses and sales presentations.Develop compelling, data-driven PowerPoint presentations and proposals that showcase Elites value.Create and refine sales enablement materials to equip the CEO and business development team with high-impact tools.

What You Need to Succeed & Minimum Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should be a marketing leader who can:
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen Elites brand, generate leads, and support business development.Work closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies and support business development efforts.Own marketing, branding, and proposal development efforts.
Youll need:
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare.Proven ability to develop and execute branding, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.Strong writing skills for marketing content, proposals, and RFPs.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).Background in corporate wellness or self-insured employer solutions (preferred).
