Overview

Job Title: Project Manager (CIPS)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Project Manager to ensure streamlined project planning and utilization of project management tools, including the Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) for LAAFB. This role includes oversight of all new IT requirement requests utilizing CIPS in compliance with system polcy, in support of the 61 CS and LA AFB. This is a pipeline position.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the CIPS Organization Node Administration. 
• Develop technical solutions in coordination with both internal and external stakeholders and provide technical solutions to customers. 
• Begin processing new IT requirements within 3 workdays after submission.
• Serve as primary Point of Contact for CIPS at LAAFB and provide training to unit CIPS POCs on proper process for submitting requirements.
• Optimize processes and tools for streamlined systems utilization.
• Other duties as required.

Work is performed full-time on site in Los Angeles, CA.

 

In compliance with California's Pay Transparency requirements, the following information is being disclosed. If the position applied to is not located in California, the following information may not apply. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Trace salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition, Trace provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, company holidays and paid time off (PTO).

 

Salary Minimum:   $50,000

Salary Maximum:  $109,000

Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience.
• PMP Certification.

Desired Qualifications:

• Specialized training in Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) / TO 00-35D-3005 Managing the Cyberspace Infrastructure with the Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS)

Education:

• BS degree in Business Administration, Project Management; OR 11+ years relevant experience.
