Background:
The Rollins Real Estate & Workplace Management department provides field advocacy, facility and operational oversight, project management, communication, vendor management, budget planning, space management, safety and security, and strategic direction to our corporate office locations in Atlanta, GA, as well as our network of over 700+ leased and owned branch locations throughout the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
The Corporate Facility Manager works closely with Rollins departmental teammates, network of 700+ branch locations, executive leadership, and third-party vendors to execute on comprehensive facility projects and operations including:
• Facility Operations & Management: manage the preventative maintenance programs to ensure asset efficiency and budget planning for replacement. Develop and implement new strategies to ensure optimal facility management performance to improve work order tracking, inspections, and to assist with repairs/services completing on time and within budget.
• Vendor Management: manage relationships with external vendors and contractors including monitoring performance, evaluating service and creating a vendor database, and ensuring contract review and renewals are aligned with departmental needs and budget.
• Space Planning & Management: manage office moves, renovations, and projects to ensure minimal disruption of business operations and optimal use of space throughout the physical footprint.
• Budget Management: ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to the planned operating budget by monitoring expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Safety: conduct regular safety inspections/adherence to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
• Project Management: manage and coordinate facility related projects from planning through to completion to include managing scope, budget, timelines, plans, and final completion.
• Strategic Initiatives: additional strategic initiatives as dictated by Rollins’ business objectives including, but not limited to, field facility management support, integrated software implementation, comprehensive deferred maintenance planning, vendor enhancement, and continuous improvement.
This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a clear view of overall strategy while staying focused on the finer facility management and process details. The candidate will gain exposure to all parts of the organization, as well as valuable insight into strategic department decisions and initiatives that align with the directive from our executive leadership team.
