Job Description:



Do you love helping clients make smarter decisions with unrivaled property data, insights, and technology? The Professional, Client Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging training workshops that empower clients to unlock the value of our products. You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and client success across our suite of industry-leading software. You will perform the following duties:


  • Facilitate high-quality, engaging, relevant product training workshops for external clients.


  • Adapt delivery techniques to account for different learning styles, using a combination of platform skills to facilitate learning transfer.


  • Prepare learners to take and pass certification exams and assessments.


  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training material.


  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and skill requirements.


  • Assist in the development of a variety of educational resources, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and documentation to facilitate effective learning experiences.


  • Utilize a variety of quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs.


  • Regularly audit, update, and enhance existing enablement materials to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality.


  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships (both internal and external) by consistently demonstrating and delivering exceptional subject matter expertise, innovative educational content, and high-quality program facilitation and support.





Job Qualifications:





  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Minimum 2 years' experience delivering training workshops, preferably in a SaaS environment.


  • Minimum 2 years' experience training delivery, public speaking, or related facilitation experience, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment.


  • Minimum 2 years' experience demonstrating adult learning principles, practices, and techniques in a corporate environment.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results.


  • Previous experience in client/customer enablement preferred.
