Your new role


As an Operations Manager, you will plan and coordinate world-class travel and leisure excursions for exclusive clientele. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the logistics of tours for 90-100 guests. Your role includes creating detailed itineraries, planning daily activities for non-participants, and ensuring seamless execution of complex travel plans.



What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.


• 5-7 years of experience in event planning, particularly with complex events and programs.


• International travel experience and familiarity with high-service environments.


• Exceptional written communication skills.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• Knowledge of the international travel industry is a plus.


• Ability to work collaboratively with Tour Directors and Administrators.
