Baer is looking for SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for a 12+ month project located in Atlanta, GA


Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Provide Application Evolution Services, enhancing clients' application portfolios and cloud solutions.


• Develop and implement scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategies.


• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, ensuring their growth and performance.


• Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement workstreams, ensuring client satisfaction.


• Analyze and solve complex problems to deliver high-quality results for clients.


• Empower clients to navigate and capture the benefits of their SAP solutions.


• Ensure the cost-effective operation and protection of client solutions.


• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.


• Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP HCM Payroll for multiple regions.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll or related fields.


• In-depth expertise in SAP HCM, with a strong understanding of SAP Payroll, wage type configuration, and time evaluation.


• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), ECP, Compensation, and Benefits modules.


• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) for payroll monitoring and issue resolution.


• Proven experience in providing solution strategy and delivering Application Evolution Services.


• Ability to develop scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategies in hybrid IT environments.


• Experience in creating new, market-differentiated SAP solutions.


• Ability to assist clients in supporting SAP application packaged solutions and addressing their needs.


• Strong leadership capabilities, including leading global teams and developing and presenting strategic visions.


• Demonstrated thought leadership both internally and externally in the SAP HCM domain.


• Bachelor's Degree.
