Perform in-depth analyses of technical requirements for the design, construction, and testing of all project systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive schedules for all subsystem construction and testing activities, ensuring seamless integration with overall project timelines.
Collaborate effectively with systems suppliers, designers, subcontractors, and customer representatives to plan and execute construction and testing tasks, ensuring all schedule milestones are met.
Continuously monitor and track the progress of construction and testing activities, providing detailed and accurate progress reports to management that highlight key achievements and proactively address potential delays.
Maintain open and consistent communication with management and customer groups, providing timely updates on all planning and execution activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in systems construction coordination, preferably within rail transit or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of technical requirements for system design, construction, and testing.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
