Superintendent at Picone in Lawrence, New York

Job Description:

• Direct and coordinate the activities of the various craft employees and subcontractors on site
• Daily site visits for coordination of activities, equipment and safety issues.
• Responsible for construction and job planning; maintaining RFI's, submittals, and change order logs
• Interpreting plans and specifications
• Coordinating, preparing, analyzing and revising monthly cost reports
• Daily inspections of support of excavation, utility mark outs, fall prevention etc.
• Directing the procurement of supplies necessary for construction work and for the efficient operation of the equipment on site
• Coordinate with the Site Safety Representative to ensure jobsite adheres to safe work practices and all applicable Federal, State, local and Client requirements
