Summary

• 3-5 years of CNC and welding experience


• Relocation available for qualified individuals


• Pays up to $35 per hour for qualified candidates

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes, equipment, and programming. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications.


Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.)


• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements


• Develop and modify CNC programs using CAM software


• Perform precision measurements and quality checks on finished parts


• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions


• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment


• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist


• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation


• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
