Salary: $50,000.00 USD Annually - $55,000.00 USD Annually

Our food manufacturing client is currently seeking a Quality Technician
*DAY SHIFT*


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Monitor the food safety and quality of the product throughout the manufacturing process


• Maintain, organize, and schedule raw material samples for testing and conduct evaluations


• Perform required quality tests for raw materials and finished products while recording accurate data in a timely manner


• Monitor product weight, codes, labeling, and perform quality control checks and record data


• Ensure the quality of raw materials, in process products and finished goods


• Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other areas required


• Ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices


• Check that testing equipment is accurately calibrated and functioning properly

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma


• Three years of related manufacturing quality control experience.


• Knowledge of quality control testing procedures
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
