Job Description:

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Customer Service /Warranty Claims specialist.

  • Role: Full-time: Contract

  • Job Title: Warranty Support Representative

  • Job Type:12+ Months Contract with possible extension

  • Location: 6001 Premier Parkway Saint Peters, MO 63376 - Hybrid- on site the first few weeks, potential to move remote

  • Schedule: Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible 8.5 hour shift, 8 hour shift with 30 min lunch,

  • During training 8 am-4:30 CST

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customers' service or order complaints by performing activities such as warranty lookup, order investigation, warranty claim, and order completion, invoice refunds, and claim/order assistance.

  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Ability to multi-task between different phone and email queues

  • Ensuring customers receive efficient and accurate support throughout the warranty process is crucial

  • Contributing to overall customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining positive working relationships with both external and internal customers

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks:

Demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously, efficiently prioritizing and handling various tasks simultaneously. Exhibit strong organizational skills and time management, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed accurately and within deadlines without the need for constant supervision.

Able to problem solve by gathering relevant information:
Show proficiency in identifying issues and systematically gathering pertinent information to develop effective solutions. Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to assess situations, identify root causes, and implement appropriate actions to resolve problems efficiently.
Proficient in computer applications and software for data entry and claim

processing:
Exhibit a high level of competence in using various computer applications and software tools essential for data entry and claim processing. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling digital information, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity. This proficiency supports the seamless execution of tasks and contributes to overall operational effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent 3 to 5 years of customer service-related experience required.

  • Collaborates well with internal and external parties

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer service skills and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

  • Ability to accurately document, record, and maintain customer/client information.

  • Time management and multi-tasking skills.

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Overtime hours- backlog, voluntary OT first then mandatory based on volume, capped at an hour per day for work-life balance. Currently three 1-hour OT days a week. OT can be worked anytime outside standard working hours, any time between 5:30 am-10:00 pm CST.

Training period

Min 4-6 weeks in office training, leadership determination of when a rep has shown ability to self-manage and maintain work level, then rep will move remote with the understanding they may need to come into the office based on performance or with technical problems, etc.
Phone call training is conducted after moving to work from home and will be conducted remotely paired with seasoned rep, virtual trainings, loose script guidelines with points to hit.

Remote Requirements

When working from home reps are required to have a quiet space to perform jobs with stable internet and cell phone access. Should internet, power or cell phone not be working, reps must have a secondary location to work or return to the office to work.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $20-$ 21/hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
