Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable firm in Colorado to find an experienced Real-Estate Paralegal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provides the potential to transition to a hybrid work setting after demonstrating proficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize 2-3+ years of experience in real estate, focusing on strong real estate and survey review.


• Work onsite in downtown Colorado with the potential to transition to a hybrid work model.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in real estate paralegal work.


• Strong expertise in real estate and survey review processes.


• Ability to work onsite initially, with potential for hybrid work after initial period.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday


• 1st shift

Benefits:



Competitive salary range with a minimum pay of $85,000 and a maximum pay of $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
