This position is for an Accounts Receivable/Accounting Administrator that can work well independently. Possess strong knowledge of Excel & Outlook, strong communication skills and be highly organized. Must be willing to ask questions and clarify direction provided including expectations and timelines. Attention to detail is important. This is a great job because there isn't a great deal of stress. You can put the pen down at 5:00pm. No overtime- but looking for someone that can maintain a regular 40-hour work week.

Duties include
Daily deposits using bank scanner.
Monthly AR billing of projects.
Issuing Change Orders.
Regular self-audits of records.
Light office phone answering.
Medium level of email using Outlook
A LOT of record keeping. The position is very heavy in detail so I need someone that is accurate, able to follow a check list and enter data accurately.
Must have good sense of time management and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
1-3+ years general accounting experience
Strong Excel
H.S. Diploma and above
Someone that has a high level of attention to detail.
