In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day general ledger (GL) accounting activities
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Analyze financial statements and perform variance analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
You're a great fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Hands-on experience with interdepartmental accounting and cost allocations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
Experience mentoring team members and providing guidance
Solid knowledge of GAAP principles and best practices
