What You'll Do:
Patient Care & Treatment Planning
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve function and mobility.
Choose targeted treatment techniques that align with patient goals.
Regularly assess and adjust care plans with input from patients and families.
Provide education, training, and guidance for at-home care and continued progress.
Assessment & Documentation
Partner with physicians to create and evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans.
Establish realistic, patient-centered goals for recovery and long-term well-being.
Maintain clear, accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and education provided.
Collaboration & Professionalism
Act as a trusted resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehab services.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and patient confidentiality.
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
Exceptional Patient Experience
Apply AIDET principles (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) in every patient interaction.

What You Bring:
Education & Licensure
Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
Current Georgia Physical Therapist license required.
Lymphedema Therapist Certification required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
