Remote Senior Accountant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

Beacon Hill Financial is searching for a 3-6 month contract (with possibility of permanent hire) Senior Accountant for our client in the St. Louis area. This role can work remote and requires 2+ years of accounting experience. Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area to come in office for occasional meetings. Role is paying $65,000 -$75,000 while on contract, and has opportunity to pay more once hired on permanent. If interested, please apply.


Job Bullets:

• Senior level/strong experience with the month end close process.


• Quickbooks Online experience a big plus


• Experience with competing priortities: Will manage 10-12 clients doing all month end and financial statement prep.


• Familiarity with the revenue recognition process and revenue recognition schedules.


• Experience maintaining/analyzing a budget or forecast. Experience building a budget or forecast.


• Experience training lower-level staff and reviewing their work.


• Experience working with an offshore team member.


• General Ledger experience with Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks online, and QuickBooks desktop. QuickBooks online and NetSuite we're really looking for.


• Pursuing the CPA or having the CPA is a plus.
