Position Title: Change Manager
Location: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 4/1

Expected Duration: 12 Months +Renewable
Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT TO HIRE], [REMOTE]
Pay Range: $50 to $55/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:
A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Change management certification or designation desired.
Marketing/Communications/Project management background or similar
The ability to convey information clearly and effectively to different audiences.
Gather and analyze relevant information from various sources.
Be able to plan and execute change initiatives that align with the organizational goals and vision.
Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of change.
Job Description:
Lead the Management of Change plan (MOC) discussions across all Client program functions & tools.
Engage in the Client implementation process which includes analysis of business requirements, maintenance and administration of data, and transformation of data.
Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
Create external documentation for all changes for HP2B, ecomedes, Sales Sustainability Tool and Partner Portal and any Client communications.
Define Management of Change plan (MOC), milestones and strategy with Process Leads and Stakeholders
Define documentation strategy.
Manage overall MOC progress against defined milestones.
Work with external suppliers as needed (e.g. Ecomedes)
Support & coach workstream leads and Business teams for MOC delivery.
Organize & participate in regular MOC meetings.
Attend core meetings for the Client program.
