As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Manage duties and responsibilities assigned to any additional office staff.
• Manage workflow of order entry process.
• Provide excellent customer service with external and internal customer base, vendors, and business partners.
• Maintain cooperative working relationship with site leaders and collaborate on problem solving.
• Assist with any and all areas regarding monthly inventory process.
• Ensure accuracy of heat treat reporting, including generation of all necessary paperwork.
• Working with the production scheduler, act as liaison between customers and production to ensure customer needs are met while helping to ensure production schedule meets customer needs.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Payable department regarding site purchases and provide receipts or other documentation as necessary.
• Manage the front office, including working with vendors, customers, business partners, and any/all site visitors.
• Responsible for ordering supplies, forwarding mail, and answering phones.

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.


The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate will have:

• Great attention to Detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Ability to calculate figures and use basic math
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior Leadership Experience

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour



Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:30pm


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
