Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise demand qualification process for IT projects
• Orchestrate annual IT project planning, quarterly reforecast, and emergent demand processes with stakeholders to maximize outcomes
• Facilitate the prioritization of new demands, including defining and maintaining prioritization criteria
• Review and edit IT business cases for governance
• Provide support to stakeholders with timely answers related to demand and portfolio management
• Structure and maintain a portfolio view, offering insights and recommendations to leadership
• Develop and maintain tools needed for effective demand qualification
• Engage with key business, functional, and IT stakeholders to improve demand qualification and portfolio management processes
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Five years of experience in project management, portfolio management, business relationship management, or a related role
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Skills

• Self-starter with a passion for process improvements and a proven track record of achieving results
• Proven Microsoft Office skills and ability to prepare presentations for leadership
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience working with global teams
