Design and implement an enterprise demand qualification process for IT projects
Orchestrate annual IT project planning, quarterly reforecast, and emergent demand processes with stakeholders to maximize outcomes
Facilitate the prioritization of new demands, including defining and maintaining prioritization criteria
Review and edit IT business cases for governance
Provide support to stakeholders with timely answers related to demand and portfolio management
Structure and maintain a portfolio view, offering insights and recommendations to leadership
Develop and maintain tools needed for effective demand qualification
Engage with key business, functional, and IT stakeholders to improve demand qualification and portfolio management processes
Prioritize and manage multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables
Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
Five years of experience in project management, portfolio management, business relationship management, or a related role
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred Skills
Self-starter with a passion for process improvements and a proven track record of achieving results
Proven Microsoft Office skills and ability to prepare presentations for leadership
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Excellent presentation and communication skills
