Your Mission

The ABK Workplace Organization is part of Activision's CAO Organization and is responsible for delivering excellence through safe, cost-effective real estate strategies and services. With a portfolio of over 2 million sq. ft. across the globe, Activision's workplace is a critical component to delivering on the company's strategic goals while serving as a destination for employee collaboration and productivity.

Globally across Activision, Blizzard, and King (ABK), you will be responsible for managing workplace analytics, developing the global workplace strategy, and leading key initiatives. This role partners with ABK regional offices in EMEA and APAC and MSFT Gaming and Global Workplace Services organizations to ensure alignment and execution of workplace initiatives. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:



  • Workplace Strategy: Responsible for the management of the workplace financial and operational data - embedding analysis, data, and reasoning into the decision-making processes. This includes data management, developing cases and financial/data models, defining processes, management reporting and collaborating with Finance.


  • Data Governance and Management: Partner with global and regional management teams to ensure alignment of financial and portfolio data.


  • Financial and Portfolio Modeling and Management Reporting: Develop financial models and cases for critical decisions, including pre-approval tracking. Perform portfolio analytics globally across ABK for Workplace - design, develop and promote use of reporting, dashboards, and metrics to provide effective oversight of ABK's portfolio. Additionally, this role encompasses Microsoft compliance and Rhythm of Business (ROB) responsibilities, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and operational cadence. Support a culture of data-driven decision-making through enhanced governance and analytics. Identify and implement system and data enhancements to ensure continuous improvement.


  • Transactions: In partnership with the Director of Global Facilities, responsible for the development of transaction strategy, reporting, and analysis, including broker engagement, market surveys, mark-to-market assessments, lease option reporting, and site tours.


  • Storytelling: Serve as a storyteller, crafting compelling narratives around proposed lease transactions. Whether dealing with renewals or exploring new options, build the story that highlights the strategic value and benefits of each transaction. This involves presenting a clear and engaging summary of options, backed by thorough financial modeling and analysis, to support informed decision-making and align with business unit goals across ABK.


  • Transaction Reporting: Maintain and manage the existing process/system for managing critical lease dates. This includes timely socialization of upcoming decisions for senior management, timely market engagements and coordination with all internal Workplace partners.


  • Design & Construction: Responsible for project budgeting, approvals, reporting and cost control initiatives in partnership with the Global Development and external project management teams

Project Budgeting, Reporting, and Cost Controls: Partner with Operations, Transactions, and external project management teams to develop robust cost estimates that are aligned to the requested scope. Refine these budgets throughout the detailed design phase until project commencement. Support the development and implementation of a sustainable project reporting and cost control regime, including senior management project progress dashboards, escalation points, PO control, and budget contingency management.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:


  • 2+ years people management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 5+ years relevant experience OR 7+ years equivalent experience

  • Additional or preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 7+ years Portfolio Management, Real Estate, or Office Management experience OR 10+ years equivalent experience. 3+ years people management experience.

  • Proficient in the use of Tableau or other Data Visualization Platforms

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

  • Knowledge of accounting, strong capabilities in financial modelling

  • Ability to communicate information and concepts clearly and logically, setting time specific and achievable expectations at all levels of the organization

  • Solid understanding of principles and practices of project management

  • Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and helping the team understand the best way to achieve goals.

  • Experience to influence and direct teams remotely

  • Understanding of the whole property life cycle.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite

  • Effectively problem solve and resolve a variety of issues and topics within the job scope

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills including strong grammatical skills

  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment

  • Deliver a range of analysis activities - data extraction, analysis, and recommendations

  • Technical / systems knowledge, experience and capabilities required with direct exposure to Real Estate and Facilities Data systems (e.g. CoStar & JIRA), database management and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, QlikView, Qlik Sense)

  • Strong storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives around lease transactions, highlighting strategic value and benefits

  • Experience in lease transaction studies and financial modeling, with the ability to compare options of different locations and terms

Extra Points:


  • Previous working knowledge of Google BigQuery / Google Cloud Platform

  • Qualified Accountant is desirable (CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CA etc.)

  • Previous knowledge of CoStar

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
