Location: Morrisville, NC

Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $37.00 USD Hourly

Description: Title: Engineering Technician II


Duration: 6+ Months




Location: Morrisville, NC




Required Education:

• A.S. in Electronics, a two-year technical diploma, equivalent military certification, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:

• Minimum one year of related experience in electronics, manufacturing, or a strong mechanical background is required.


• Three or more years of related experience is preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheets, and word processing.


• Understanding of manufacturing processes and electronic components.


• Thorough understanding of diagnostic equipment and methods (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).


• Hands-on experience troubleshooting to identify root cause.


• Ability to read intermediate engineering documents (e.g., schematics or diagrams).


• Maintain necessary product records and documentation.


• Ability to comprehend and use product/process component datasheets.


• Ability to assemble and disassemble products.


• Ability to maintain lab equipment.


• Ability to perform mechanical work.


• Ability to train an Electronics Technician I.


• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to solder.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and electronic components.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• 3D Printing


• Electronics


• Electrician/Electrical Contracting


• High Voltage Electrical Safety


• Electric motor repair


• On-road/off-road Automotive Repair


• Communication/Networking hardware
