Description: Our client is currently seeking a Quality Technician



Quality Tech



Schedule: Fully onsite (Mon-Fri)



Irving , TX



Long term contract



• Provides formal weekly/monthly reports on the repair quality performance of the third-party vendor


• Works with a third-party repair vendor to meet quality KPIs and to improve device repair quality by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions


• Manages an internal inspection team and the completion of daily tasks and objectives


• Works with the staffing agency to hire and monitor the overall performance of the internal inspection team
