Job Description:


In this contingent resource assignment, you will:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.


• Contribute to large-scale planning related to experience design deliverables.


• Review and analyze moderately complex experience design challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.


• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet experience design deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Collaborate with client personnel in experience design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to determine business needs, translating them into engaging and simple design solutions.


• Lead design workshops to connect and build alignment across partner teams.


• Work in a rapidly changing environment and proactively recommend design solutions based on research and analysis.


• Create wireframes and mock-ups, resulting in the creation of bare minimum to detailed, realistic, and interactive prototypes.


• Demonstrate familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma) to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams, framing problems, determining insights, and defining visual designs to serve customer needs.


• Design within existing and create new standards to contribute to the team's internal design framework, best practices, and guidelines.


• Work with partners and teams across various geographies.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.


• Prior design experience at a big bank.
