This is an onsite position in Bentonville, AR
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7.30 AM to 5.30 PM
What you'll do...
Supports assigned projects by understanding business needs; assisting in the development of solutions; adhering to prioritization and project milestones. Monitoring and tracking solution results; and communicating with stakeholders. Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities and demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.
Manages the execution of projects or work streams by ensuring resolution of critical issues, monitoring progress complex or difficult issues. Partners with Sourcing and identifying areas of opportunities and developing business cases for new or enhanced vendor relationships, identifying solutions to reduce spending and increase efficiencies. You will work with new suppliers ensuring associates are aware the products are available and developing internal processes as required.
Provides and supports by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; preparing responses; identifying quality, change request, and project failure root causes; identifying requirements and solutions to proposed problems, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
Coordinates the seamless deliver of the corporate travel program across the enterprise by monitoring, identifying, and assisting in the correction of out of policy behavior, monitoring and promoting improvements. Providing guidance and instruction to the business to optimize travel spend.
Demonstrates up to date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvements by providing expert advice and solutions. Work with cross functional teams to ensure goals are met.
Models' compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these by utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy providing direction and guidance on apply these in executing business processes and practices.
Organized and disciplined and can manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field OR 2 years' experience in travel management, strategic sourcing, customer service, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Travel management background, either with an agency or a supplier
SAP or Concur management skills or background.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service abilities

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
