Position Title: Customer Portal SupportIntern


Location: Dallas, TX


Your role


We are looking for a self-motivated intern to join the Customer Portal Product Team in Dallas for the summer (~10 weeks). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer and portal support. The Portal Product Team is responsible for owning and managing Digital Realty's Customer Portals. The team plays a crucial role in ensuring the Customer Portals meet the company's requirements and provide a seamless customer experience.

This opportunity will provide great exposure to all functional areas within the organization.

Minimum of two days required to be on-site at our Dallas office to enable collaboration and training.


What you'll do

  • Support the Customer Portal Product Team with daily internal and external stakeholder inquiries/issues via email and Teams.
  • Create and update FAQ and other internal documents.
  • Monitor and report on portal usage and customer feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Portal support strategies.
  • Shadow other Portal Product Team members on internal/external stakeholder meetings to gain invaluable experience in this function.

What you'll need

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and customer support principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and committed to making a positive impact.
