A new opportunity has arisen for a LiftSystem Project Lead. As the Project Lead for Development you will have responsibility alongside the accountable Program Manager to ensure Development engineering changes are managed from inception through completion. This role is accountable to support proposals, negotiations and execution of FAR 15 contracts in support of these activities.
In this role you will primarily be accountable for supporting the execution of a multi-year development work package called the Engine Core Upgrade (ECU) that is enhancing the existing configuration to provide more thrust capability.

Key Accountabilities:
Contribute to proposals and negotiations for new Development contracts.
Monitor Earned Value reporting to ensure successful program execution and compliance to the Rolls-Royce Management Control System.
Monitor scope against contracted content and coordinate contractual modifications as needed.
Coordinate reviews such as Monthly Program Reviews, PILM business gates, and customer reviews.
Ensure robust engineering forecast and budget management
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience in Engineering and/or Project Management, or
Master's degree and 0 years' experience in Engineering and/or Project Management, or
JD/PhD, or
