Compliance Operations Analyst



Location: IL-CHICAGO, 8600 W BRYN MAWR AVE, STE 800


This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of the above PulsePoint location.


Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection, with the minimum in-office commitment being 1-2 days in an office per week.


Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.


The Compliance Operations Analyst will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the development, maintenance and standardization of compliant company policies, procedures, and the comprehensive review of communications in collaboration with key compliance stakeholders and functional subject matter experts across the organization.



How you will make an impact:

• Coordinates day to day operations of a compliance departments processes to ensure that policy documentation is maintained.


• Handles complex assignments and can provide guidance and oversight to team members.


• Manages complex projects in compliance operations in support of major compliance initiatives including external audits and contractual agreements


• Support the department in carrying out various assigned tasks and projects.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


• Maintains knowledge of compliance operations tools and databases, and produces regular, customized and ad-hoc reports to senior executives.


• Researches stakeholder issues and questions related to compliance, licensing, and privacy.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 4 years related experience, including experience in proofreading/editing; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Auditing experience strongly preferred.


• Attention to detail strongly preferred.


• Proficient in MS Excel strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $30.76 to $46.13 hourly.
