Job Description:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our realty products, bridging the gap between product development and market adoption. You will assist in leading a cross-functional group of UX/UI designers and other creative professionals, defining and executing product marketing strategies, managing product launches, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations.


Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:


  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional squad, including UX/UI designers and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. As the primary liaison, you will ensure clear communication between stakeholders and the squad, collaboratively defining product vision and developing comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives.


  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring projects are strategically aligned with larger initiatives and "north star" goals. Lead sprint planning, scheduling, reviews, and retrospectives for the squad, fostering an agile and efficient development process.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive product roll-out strategies, organize and manage pilot programs and testing phases to ensure successful market penetration and adoption, working closely with the squad on all creative and iterative development aspects.


  • Define and establish key success metrics and collaborate with analysts to create and maintain robust reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights into product performance and market impact.


  • Monitor total engagement and key drivers, identifying areas for testing and optimization, continuously improving product engagement and user experience, and developing and maintaining tracking and reporting of performance post-launch, collaborating with the UX/UI members of the squad.


  • Deeply understand end-user needs and requirements, translating those insights into effective product marketing strategies and guiding the squad's creative output.


  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams to identify opportunities to grow traffic and expand market reach and develop and deliver necessary training and educational materials.


  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
