Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow directives from Manager and remain productive.
Safely lay out and torch cut steel equipment and materials into prepared sizes.
Ability to operate and maintain multiple types of gas cutting equipment and tools.
Perform trade for long hours, day after day, often in adverse conditions, to complete the project at hand.
Responsible for reporting any incident, situation or activity that may affect the Company's ability to operate safely, ethically and profitably to the supervisor and the Company Safety Manager.
Duty to conduct oneself in the best interest of the company while on the job or representing CRS.
Maintain any required certifications mandatory by law or company policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Two-year experience in scrap, demolition or recycling using a torch.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to work in a team environment, take directions from supervisor(s) and other crew members
Ability to actively listen and follow instructions.
Ability to work productively under pressure.
Ability to wear a respirator or supplied air.
Ability to lift 100 pounds
Strong self-motivation and work ethic; ability to work with or without direct supervision.
Ability to report to work consistently on time and work a flexible schedule, up to 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass Fit For Duty physical
Physical Demands:
This is a physically strenuous and demanding job that involves pulling and managing equipment and objects. Work in all weather and must be prepared for both extreme cold and heat. Will be working around heavy equipment.

Additional Qualifying Factors:
