Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Operations Manager to join a Pharma Manufacturing company in Irvine, CA.




Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $120K - $150K (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4x10s, 7 AM - 6 PM), Fridays Off


About the Role



We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee two production sites in Irvine, managing teams and coordinating operations across R&D and supplement manufacturing. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at two locations (R&D & supplement production)


• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and rush order prioritization


• Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, Logistics, and Operations teams


• Manage a team of 4 Product Development members and 3-4 Machine Operators
  

Qualifications

• Experience in tablet/capsule production (compression, encapsulation, packaging)


• Knowledge of procurement, budgeting, and batch records
  


• 
  3-5 years of experience in dietary supplement manufacturing (ideal)


• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  

Preferred Background

• Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Dietary Supplements, R&D, or Food Manufacturing
  


• Strong communicator with experience managing operations at multiple sites
