Associate Attorney - Business Litigation



El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)
Experience: 5+ and must be CA Barred
Salary: $160,000 - $225,000+
Billable Hours: 1,400/year
Bonus Structure: Up to $30,000 based on billable milestones

A respected El Segundo-based law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. Known for its collaborative culture and hands-on litigation work, the firm offers associates the opportunity to independently manage cases from start to finish with support from strong internal resources, including dedicated legal support team.


Role & Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of business litigation, trust & estate litigation, and probate matters.


• No prir probate experience is required-just strong litigation skills and a willingness to learn.


• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including court appearances, discovery, depositions, and mediations.


• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals in a team-oriented structure.


• Candidates with insurance defense backgrounds are encouraged to apply
