Job Description:

Project Engineer



The Project Engineer will manage submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Work Breakdown Structures, and Material Kits across multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Address internal customer needs and resolve issues promptly.


• Coordinate with external Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.


• Schedule and participate in project meetings, capturing action items.


• Prepare, track, and process RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and close-out documents.


• Maintain and update project logs, providing weekly updates.


• Assist Project Managers and Executives with project duties.


• Process orders for materials, equipment, and tools.


• Perform material takeoffs for Change Orders.


• Manage project scheduling functions


• Collaborate on material kit deliveries and backorders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Construction in similar role.


• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

This position will pay between $27.00-$37.00/hr depending on experience.
