Test Proctor - Lawrence, MA at Ultimate Staffing Services in Lawrence, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an organization in Lawrence, MA to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Proctor. The Test Proctor will be responsible for overseeing exam sessions, ensuring a fair and secure testing environment, and adhering to all testing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional demeanor, monitor test-takers for any irregularities, and assist with administering and collecting exams as needed. This is a temporary position, with the opportunity for future assignments.



Location: Lawrence, MA



Pay: $15/hourly



Schedule: Full-Time: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm OR Part-Time: Tues,Wed,Thurs 3:30pm-8:00pm OR Weekends: Saturday 7:30am-8:00pm and Sundays 8:30am-3:00pm



Responsibilities:

* Monitor test-takers to ensure adherence to rules and regulations
* Verify the identity of test-takers and distribute exam materials
* Address any issues or concerns during the testing session
* Report any irregularities or incidents promptly
* Maintain confidentiality of all exam content and results



Qualifications:

* Strong attention to detail and professionalism
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in a testing or educational environment is a plus but not required.
