A well-established law firm based in Boston's Seaport is seeking a Trust Accounting Clerk to join its Trust Operations Department. This position works directly with private client attorneys and the trust operations team, providing in-person support Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:
Review daily cash reconciliations and prepare bi-monthly bank reconciliations.
Monitor all banking activity, compile outstanding check lists, and follow up on stale checks.
Process account openings and closings.
Calculate income accruals, money market interest, and trustee fees.
Provide backup support for the Operations Department, Trust Operations Manager, and Director.
Prepare asset valuations using EVP EstateVal.
