PRIMARY FUNCTION: This role is responsible for analyzing complex business problems, evaluating needs, extracting requirements, identifying improvements, and formulating technical and operational solutions to achieve strategic outcomes. This role will lead collaboration efforts with the assigned department to recommend best practices, share knowledge, foster alignment, and promote a data-driven culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that provide timely, data-driven insights into business performance, issues, and initiatives.
Responsible for extracting/querying, transforming, analyzing, and delivering data that is usable and understandable to the supported lines of business.
Provide analytical guidance and support for stakeholders including mapping and documentation of business processes, facilitating implementation of process improvements, implementing technical solutions, and facilitating operational transformation.
Analyze, design, build, test, and implement business solutions for assigned business-line, including for processing and systems and solutions.
Collaborate with the business-line team in the planning, prioritization, development, and release of activities process.
Partner with stakeholders in support of product development, integration with operations and workflows, and provide subject matter expertise for on-going product and business system application development.
Responsible for converting business requirements into design/requirements documents, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage vendor resources as required to deliver business solutions.
Responsible for project management and use of iterative development and process improvement methodologies.
Perform analysis and develop requirements, user stories and epics for technology platform enhancements for assigned business area(s).
Serve as a mentor and coach to other analysts on the team, providing leadership and direction on projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (BA) in computer science, business, statistics, or related field or equivalent experience
6+ years' experience in business analytics and project management role, with 3+ of those years in a lead role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal exposure to Agile delivery methods or Lean Six-Sigma
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI • Experience mentoring or coaching
Strong domain experience for assigned area
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Project Management certification preferred

Industry and business unit expertise, specifically business operations, business model, and operational best practices for assigned business area(s).
Operational expertise in how technology platforms are used to support the assigned business area(s).
Demonstrated understanding of agile project methodologies.
Knowledgeable about business acumen and communication skills
Working knowledge of assigned business-line processes
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft standard desktop tools and familiar with M365 tools and applications.
Ability to challenge assumptions while maintaining an open and learning mindset
Ability to thrive in an environment with competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
Skilled in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or identify patterns, relationships, and actionable insights

SALARY: The salary range for this role is $98,634 - $113,424 and is based on experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Hybrid work from home and office required
The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.
